Cathy brings more than 20 years of education, training and business experience to the field. A native Georgian, she has worked with children, teenagers and adults, motivating and inspiring success across the generations.
Cathy holds two degrees in the field of education and has studied psychology, coaching, training and marketing through workshops, coaching programs, and conferences around the country. She is trained by Coach Training Alliance. Cathy is a member of the US Life Coach Association, AAHC, Coachville and Total Life Planning Institute. She abides by the IFC Code of Ethics . She is the recipient of the 1985 Outstanding Young Woman of America Award for outstanding ability, accomplishments and community service. She is also a graduate of the "Science of Sales and Marketing" Workshops. She is an approved trainer for The Georgia Department of Education's Bright From The Start Program for educators and administrators.

Cathy employs a variety of assessment tools, self-discovery exercises and individualized plans for assisting clients on the road to a life of fulfillment and success. She is experienced in NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and EFT (emotional freedom technique). She takes a holistic approach, looking at all areas of the client's life including the body,mind and spirit. It is this holistic approach that makes Cathy's coaching unique and effective.
